CBSE 10th Time Table 2022
CBSE or Central Board of Secondary Education is one of the most prestigious education boards across the globe, and it operates in many countries as well. For Indian students, CBSE conducts class 10 and class 12 exams in India. CBSE is currently the biggest board in India. Currently, 26000 schools are affiliated with CBSE across 26 countries. Every year, CBSE conducts exams for class 10 and class 12 students in the month of February and March. CBSE announces the result in April last or May beginning. Between this period, most of the competitive exams are conducted by different state universities and NTA itself.
The exam in the year 2021 was delayed due to the COVID-19 epidemic. Due to COVID-19, this year’s study of students was also hindered and MEITY passed guidelines to delay the exams as the syllabus is not as it used to be. So it is expected that the exam will be postponed for a few weeks in 2022 and will not start from February 2022.
When CBSE 10th Exam will be held?
CBSE class 10th exams will not start from the February month like every year because of delay in starting of the new session. It is expected that the CBSE class 10th exam might start from April end 2022 or the start of May 2022. MEITY and the government of India are trying to control the epidemic, and they have to balance it with maintaining a bright future for students as well. Once the MEITY announces the date for the CBSE class X exams, we will update the link in this post.
Like every year, Practical exams will be conducted first, and then the theory paper will be conducted. It is expected that practical dates will be announced in the month of November 2022. These dates will be updated soon in this post.
CBSE class X Tier 1 exams are about to start from 17 Nov 2021. This year, CBSE is conducting exams of a total of 189 subjects out of which 75 subjects are for class X students

Other subjects are not part of every school, So they are excluded from the list. However, you can check the list here.
Exam Time for Class 10
- The exams will start at 11:30 due to the winter session.
- The duration of the whole examination will be 90 minutes.
- 20 minutes will be given to each student as reading time before the start of the paper.
Roll No Date for Class 10
According to the CBSE, the Roll number of all the students will be uploaded on 09 Nov 2021. CBSE will also provide detailed guidelines for all the students and management.
Guidelines for Class X students
- Students must arrive at their centres at least 15 min early.
- Social distancing must be strictly followed by the students, staff and parents.
- School should provide hygienic facilities for students.
- Students need to bring their hand sanitizer.
- Students will get 20 min to read the paper, and they cannot write within this time.
- Make sure that you do not forget your admit card because without admit card entry is prohibited.
- Only permitted items are allowed inside the exam centre.
- Separate sheet for the rough work will be provided to all the students.
